Support Portal accessibility and enabling large text

Hi,

Can anyone offer any guidance on making our Support Portal more accessible, that is, for those users who are sight-impaired, or have dsylexia, for example?

One easy option seems to be using 3rd-party widgets (https://userway.org/ for example) that provide a script that can be embedded into the Portal.

Apart from these is there anything OOTB that can be done?

Thanks

Steve
