Import Wizard - Export Error Rows -- no quote delimiters in the data

In the Import Wizard, using the Export Error Rows function, the export file is comma separated, quote delimited, like this - 
 
"Conversion Date","Created On","Status","Status Reason"
 
But in the data rows, the quote delimiters are dropped and it's ONLY comma separated -
 
,,No,Yes,Yes,Disqualified,148,5,4,Anthem,
 
 
I don't remember this being an issue in older versions of D365 CE/CRM.  This makes the file unusable if your data contains commas.

    Hi,
     
    I encountered the same problem as you in my testing.
    The same problem occurs when I use Notepad to generate a CSV file.
     
    Therefore, this issue may be related to the Excel product, and it is recommended that you raise a support ticket for further assistance.
