I have created a new solution and created some custom entities in it, Now I want to export this solution  and import into another tenant . but the problem is that i am getting error when i am importing , it shows following error that some components are missing

After searching i found that the error is because of  "Relationship Analytics" solution (which is came with Sales Insights add-on) that is not included in new tenant .  I tried to install sales insights add on  in new tenant  , but unfortunately it cant be installed on new tenant because it is only available in US region and my new tenant region is Middle-East .so my question is

  1.   Is there any way to import my solution into new tenant ? ,
  2.  And If i delete Relationship Analytics solution from old tenant and publish my solution and then export  and import it, will it resolve my issue?   (because i don't need it).
  3.  When i am trying to delete Relationship Analytics solution it give me a error that "there is dependency you should delete PMGSales demo solution  first" so should i do it or not ?

Please guide

    Hi Muhammad,

Deleting those 2 solutions if they are managed will surely resolve your issue. But are you really sure that you don't need those solutions ?

The other thing I would suggest looking at your screen shot is, You have a few dependencies why can't you just delete those dependencies from your new solution ? Also, which version of CRM are you using ? If you are using 8.0 and later you have the ability to add specific components in a an entity as opposed to adding all the assets of entity.

From the screenshot below you see 2 options 1) Include entity Metadata 2) Add All Assets. Don't select Add all assets and choose what to add. This way you can avoid adding those dependent fields

    Hi Muhammad,

Yes, if you delete teh depenet solutions and then export you solutions, you should be able to import the solutions in your other tenant.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi ,

Thanks for your answer , can you please explain what do you mean by "delete those managed component dependency" what should i supposed to delete ? whole solution? ,

"PMGSALES demo solution " is not my custom solution it was already present in the system , CRM wants me to delete "PMGSALES demo solution " first, in order to delete "Relationship Analytics solution" so if i delete both of them , will this resolve my issue ?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I had faced same issue in one project with lots of dependency. I can suggest delete those managed component dependency and add those only which is required in same solution.

In your solution "PMGSales demo solution" there are some components which is related with your components as well.
