Hi together,

we are currently in the process of automating our reminder run in buisness central. We would like to charge reminder fees for the automatically generated reminders. The problem here is that VAT is always added to these reminders, which we do not want. This means that the following line up is not printed automatically on the reminders, and the dunning charges are declared VAT-free:

Is this possible?

We would very much appreciate your help!

Are You using the Additional Fee (LCY) in the Reminder Terms levels ?

If yes, then in the Customer Posting group You can provide the Additional Fee G/L account.
On this G/L account provide the VAT Prod. Posting group field - that would give the combination of VAT%=0 in the VAT Posting Setup.
