moving CRM on-prem to a stand-alone SSRS

Posted on by 5,421

I want this CRM server to point to another SSRS. It used to have SSRS on the same server as the SQL Server Database. Do I need to uninstall the adapter? Where should I run the CRM SSRS adapter? If I run on the SQL Server, it Can see the SQL server but cannot find the SSRS server. same if I run on the CRM Server.

Do I need to use the command line install?

    Hi Bruno,

You need to uninstall from the SQL server and install on the new SSRS server.

    Hope this helps,

    Scott
