When we add comments to a Warehouse Receipt, this comment field Comment (11) still says "No". Does anyone know where this field gets its value from?

This field is a flowfield. And it will not be automatically calculated unless it is on the page and visible. If you go to the "table fields" option you will see the flowfields that are hidden have "No" or "0" or empty.
Make it visible first on the page :-)
