Hi All,
we are frequently getting this error Connection to the socket was unsucceful : Message timeout.
Please let me know the reaon to solve the problem.

Sounds like internet issues to me. Do you have static ip's? They are more reliable because you don't share bandwidth with the kids in the neighbourhood playing warcraft. Call your provider and complain.
Oh and also Jeff from Checkpoint brought up a good point (check) about time differences between the clients and the server. You might check (point) that too.

I would recommend checking your passwords and server names.
HI iam also getting the same problem .HQ client is running for some time then its giving error like
"connection to the socket was unsuccessfull:Message time out".Please give any solution on this
This is a network communications error when trying to reach the HQ Server. At the time of the connection, there was some disconnect or firewall blocking. Does this happen upon every connection? Or only sporadically?
