No integration runtime assignment found for tenant mscaxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Posted on by 859

Hi everyone,

I cannot find information about this error anywhere.

I have installed the Integration Runtime on a server and ran an integration in a Sandbox as a test. Something was wrong with my sandbox extensions so I decided to delete the imported companies and re-run the assisted setup for the Cloud Migration.

Now using the same integration runtime I get the error above.

I thought it might be the sandbox, but it happens in an entirely new tenant as well.

I have stopped and restarted the integration runtime but it still does not work.  I am ready to uninstall and re-install but before I do I'd like to know if anyone knows what this error means?

Thanks!

When you say use the download version 4 (not version 5)

I can't see any versions anywhere for download other that 5.17xxx or 5.19xxx

Do you have link to a download page for the version 4 or did you mean version 5.17x?

    Hello,

Please uninstall the existing Microsoft Integration Runtime. When asked by the installer, you should answer Yes to delete all previous data. Then install it again. If you need to download, you should download version 4 (not the latest version 5).

Then run assisted setup for Cloud Migration, and register the new IR with the authentication key from the assisted setup. Select a company to be migrated, but no schedule (the schedule can be set later).

Then run migration manually from Cloud Migration Management page.

    Hope it helps.
