Error modifying Sales Invoice through Report Writer that prints on web client

Dear All,

I have modified my sales invoice on report writer and the field is picking well on native rich client when I print the sales invoice but when I print the invoice on web client the field shows an error of Not found.

What should I do to print it on web client?. Web Client reconfiguration?.

Kindly assist.

Did you update your REPORTS.DIC file on the server where both you have a GP client and the web client installed? Also, make sure you have gone into Tools->Setup->System->Alternate Forms and Reports and set it to use this modified report.

Richard,

Yeah I changed the report on the server where web client is already configured and the report was already a modified report and after the change, the changed field was updated well in the GP rich client installed in the server where web client was configured.
