    Hi,

    I have couple of questions here:

    1. Is this organization O365 based?

    2. Where is this organization based? US/EMEA/APAC

     

     

    Identify your regional when URL contains any one of the following:

    ===================================================

    US Org: CRM

    EMEA Org: CRM4

    APAC: CRM5

    thx for the reply!

    The organization is 365 based.

    its based in europe ::crm4

    I have to go customer tomarrow .... third time to check it again .....i can provide the tracing logs...as i dont have old tracing logs available now!

    Do you have some pointers....which i can check / use it tomarrow?

    Hi irfan,

    It would be great if you can provide client traces when configuring outlook. Once I have traces in hand, I can provide some pointers based on that.

    thx  again for the quick reply!

    Unfortunately, i only have Crm50ClientConfig log not the tracing one !

    Tomarrow, if i still linger with the problem, i post the traces here!!

    Hi'

    Problem : In Crm 2011 online outlook client ,all entities works fine including custom entiites BUT when i change the language (file-crm-options-changing UI and help language to finnish,Base language is english) then all entities loads/works except Custom entities which shows error "FAil to Load"
