State Unemployment Taxable Wage Report not reflecting the correct wage period

I ran my quarterly SUTA taxable wage report and it reflected only 2 weeks of employee wages for hourly employees, not the full quarter.  Salaried employee wages were correct.   I used the full quarter in the dates to include on the report.  Any suggestions on what went wrong and how I can fix this?  Thank you.
