Sandbox copy and create has been running for 24 hours leaving the original Sandbox as Active but unable to access. Unable to restart it due to the copy process. Any suggestions?

Sandbox copy and create has been running for 24 hours suggestions to resolve?

I once had a long replication process, and it finally failed, and then I could delete the environment.
I'm not sure if this is the same as your situation, but in any case, partners cannot make any changes to the background of the admin center. This can only be resolved by submitting an SR to Microsoft.
