I have recently created a multi-select field for Job Roles within Contacts. This displays and works on our standard form without a problem but when I try to carry out a multiple record edit or build it into a workflow the multi-select field fails to display on the form.
From my research around this problem I found the question Multi-select field added but will not appear on Form where huzefa85 stated 'This issue happens when the form is using the classic layout and not the new layout that support Multi-select fields.'
This appears to be the logical explanation to my problem as the forms do look like the old layout style. Can anyone confirm this as a known issue and is there a work around? Also is there a planned fix if this is the case.
