how to find source code of Microsoft base application Sales Online

Hi All

I'm Business Central developer and I can access all MS code from vs code so when developing new functionality dont have to start from scratch. Is there a way to download the code and open up in visual studio of what MS code is . Is this open and downloadable? For example I want to know how Create Order button in Quote is coded because I want to create same logic but duplicate the quote

It is not open source code. You will not able to access it from any open source repos.
