Hi,
We are a wholesale company, so we are focused on business to business sales and shipments. However, there's a major increase of dropshipment orders. This means a sales order is registered on our existing customer, but the delivery adres differs.
This means that we could have 20 sales orders for a a client on a certain day, that need to be delivered to 4 different delivery addresses.
We create warehouse shipments per client. When we 'get source documents' at the warehouse shipment, we can filter per client but there's no information on the delivery adres. The result is that our order pickers start picking goods for a client. When goods are stacked on a pallet and arrive at the packing department, they notice the goods actually need to be shipped to 4 different addresses. Goods need to be re-packed on different pallets. The result is quite some lost time.
Is there anyone who experienced the same and has found a solution for this?

Hi, the easiest way is to add the address field you need to this page. This way the user can see it when they make a selection. Maybe you can add a control, if the selected Sales Order contains different addresses, some warning messages will pop up. Regardless, this requires customization.
