D365FFO on premises Deployment http error 500 - internal server error, after deployment, where AXSF nodes are ready

Hi All,

on initial deployment, all applications are being deployed, AXSF nodes are ready and financial reporting service is also ready, however when browsing the D365FFO it is throwing the below error:

http error 500 - internal server error

LCS is also failing but all applications are deployed.

orchestrator errors: module aos failed with error 255

no logs on AOS machines.

    thank you for your reply.

    i have run the command lodctr for perfomance counter, however all applications are deployed and ready on sf cluster even financial reporting but LCS is failing and ERP link is giving error 500.

    event viewer log on primary orchestrator is module aos failed with error code 255.

    what could be the reason ? never faced such case before.

    Hi Ramy Yassine,

    It seems that the pointers to the performance counter that the gateway needs may be corrupt.

    Please follow the document:docs.microsoft.com/.../troubleshoot-on-prem

    If it won't solve your issue, I recommend opening a ticket for Microsoft tech team to investigate the issue further.
