Vertical Scroll bar on WebResource

I've got a form which has a web resource which is opened from the 'Related Entities' bar. When it opens though there is a vertical scroll bar which I can't get rid of.

The web resource is an HTML page (containing a SilverLight component) - everything in the HTML page (width/height) is set to 100%.

How do I get rid of the scroll bar?

Try to set everything to 99%. That should help.

Interesting idea. I tried it but it still shows the vertical scroll bar.

Yes, I changed the height of the SilverlightControlHost section to 97% and that did it.
