Hello Team,

I need to create a link in email activity, throght that
user can download some PDF. And this link sholud be valide for some time period,after that it will expired.
Can anyone suggest me,how sholud i proceed in CRM 2011 on-premises.

Thanks Again RajKumar I am happy to follow your links.

But, have some different requirement.

I want to send a URL link in email to users,so once they will click on it

some SSRS report will be convert in PDF and download.

And i need to make valid this link for specific time.

Please help.
