We are currently use Dynamics 9.0 GP. We have purchased the addon call a synchronizer (thats what my bosses tell me) and we the instructions on how to use it.
We do have it on sharepoint but our sharepoint is malfunctioning so we can't find the steps and months later someone needs to use it again but just right when our sharepoint search is not working.
Any help would be great. Thanks :)

I have not heard of this product. What does it do?
