I am running a trial for the new Project services module to understand how it all fits in the sales cycle. I have seen some introductory videos but I have not yet seen how this application will fit in with the Opportunity and Quote features of CRM. So if I have a new opportunity to sell a project, what would you need to do first? Create a new project and build a quote around it, or build a quote using the project services feature and then convert the quote to a project? I need to understand the end-to-end cycle that would start from opportunity, go to quote, then finally work through the project (opportunity is won) and eventually invoice for the project. Any links to documents or videos that would answer my question will be greatly appreciated. Similarly if someone can share some knowledge, it would be fantastic.
