Do you mean that when pressing assist button on Windows User Name in the Windows Authentication pane of User Card, you are not able to drill to your AD tree? It might be caused by the fact that user does not have enough rights or his machine is not this domain...

    Hi Sulabh,

Try checking Domain Level, Firewall, User Permission... and let us know if it does not solved the problem.

Their could be n no of reasons.

You need to check, if your system is joined to domain.

You have logged in with domain account.

Service is running under domain account.

You have sufficient permission to explore the AD.

you should try with domain\user and validate with credentials in user name.

Try with the domainname\user and check the user. It will validate the user from the domain. If that is not working please check if your computer is in the domain and it has the necessary permission to connect to domain.

    Hi Sulave ,

1.Make sure the said ERP Server is part of the AD /Domain

    2. Try adding the user with DOMAIN\USERNAME and Validator

    3.Check the permissions on AD

    4.Restart the Service if required
