
Hi,
Whilst trying to apply for a trial of Dynamics 365 using my personal email address, the dynamics trial page defaulted not on the email address I provided, but on my work Microsoft account which was logged on at the time.
This caused a trial to commence for the work account. There is a plan to run the trial on the work account in the future, but not now, and I would like to see if there is a way to cancel the trial completely, so that in the future the work company can still apply for a trial.
How can this be achieved?

Hi KaapisoftMt,
You can log on Power Platform admin center the with work account, navigate to Environments to select the trial and delete it.
Or you could just ignore, the trial environment will be disabled after 30 days and will be automatically deleted.
And don't worry about whether your work account will still be available for trial in the future, it won't have any impact.
