During the lead generation process, when capturing contact information, I occasionally come across duplicate records. To address this, I utilize the /Advanced Find/ feature to locate and merge these duplicate records.

While merging the duplicate records, I have noticed that certain contact fields such as Name, mobile, and Email appear duplicated. Despite reviewing the forms under customization, I have been unable to identify any issues with the forms themselves.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or insights you may have regarding this matter. Your assistance in resolving this concern would be highly valued and greatly appreciated.

Are you merging leads? The merged dialog shows duplicate fields?

Are all users like this or just one?

Try switching to a different browser or using privacy mode.

Have all forms as well as fields of the lead been checked and there are no duplicates?

And you can try to merge records on the vie directly:

--Will the same situation appear on this dialog?
