Having trouble giving user proper permission to import data

Hello,

I have a user who needs to be able to mass import records. My understanding is that in order to import data, a user needs to be assigned a security role that includes "Data Import" permissions. I have done that (See screenshot below).

The user has access to the "Opportunity" entity as well, which is the entity they need to upload to. However, when they click "Settings" they still do not have the "Data Management" option, which is where a user needs to go to import data.

Any ideas why they are still not able to import and how I can fix this?

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community Forum.

As you mentioned the users have access to Opportunity entity, when they visit it in the command bar they will have option to import data.

The users can import it form there.
