Set up the Dynamics 365 Finance + Operations provider

Dear fellows.

I am attempting to test the Intelligent Order Management integrated with D365 Finance and Operations and in order to accomplish this I am using the Microsoft Finance and Operations apps provider.

I have done the step-by-step indicated here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/intelligent-order-management/set-up-finops-provider but the status associated to this provider remains Inactive.

Do you have any suggestion on what might be the root cause for this, or do you have any suggestion on what I could do to try to identify the problem?
