i found this error when i am creating PO and adding address
This error typically comes up if you're building a view and include a table without using any of its fields. Either add some fields to the view from the table or remove it from the view and the error should go away.
Check for configuration key for that table is enable or not
go to > system administration > Setup > License > License Configuration > now check your configuration key and enable the same and sync the table.
also you can tried to debug as your getting error infolog
