queue difference between owner and members

Hello,

I have a simple question thats confusing me for some reason. For a queue whats the difference between its Owner and its Members? if i have a team and i want this queue to be attached to that team do i assign the team as its owner or as its member?

Just to add, Queues are categorised into public or private queues.

Private queues have individual users as members to make controlling access to queues easier. If you add a team to a private queue, all the members of that team become members of the private queue.

I would assign the team as the queue owner.
