How to setup reason code when cancel the Sales Quotation

Hello Expert,

when i try to cancel the Sales Quotation(Status = Sent) then it ask for reason to cancel and there no value defined in drop down, can you please tell me how to define Reason Code to cancel the sales quotation.

Hi,

All reason codes are defined in the financial reason code table in the OrgAdmin module. Also in other modules, such as AR or AP you can find tables that show module specific reason codes based on the table in OrgAdmin. Please see technet.microsoft.com/.../gg242861.aspx

Can you see a form under following path?

Sales and marketing >> Setup >> Opportunities >> Reason

Have you specified any reasons there?

You can create cancel reason by following this navigation : Sales & Marketing > Setup > Opportunities > Reason code.
