Hi,
i was facing this issue before, until i found back the extension which work for VS 2017.
you can download from here
1drv.ms/.../s!AqxkrdvD-9LagbsGvdaLYgIVKck8aQ
If you download from official, you can extract and change the extension.vsixmanifest. If I'm not mistake, you need to change the installation tag to :
<!--<InstallationTarget Version="[11.0,12.0)" Id="Microsoft.VisualStudio.Pro" TargetPlatformVersion="4.0" />--> <InstallationTarget Version="[11.0,15.0]" Id="Microsoft.VisualStudio.Premium" /> <InstallationTarget Version="[11.0,15.0]" Id="Microsoft.VisualStudio.Pro" /> <InstallationTarget Version="[11.0,15.0]" Id="Microsoft.VisualStudio.Ultimate" />
Or else you can just download from my drive: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1OCvdL4oScVOTRDn4rwsdWnoKFc9kpxN3

Hi Smith,
We have also tried this and it's true that the MS D365 Developer Toolkit could not be installed in VS2017 now . You could refer to the overall of D365 Toolkit provided from Adrian.
In addition, you could download VS2015 from the following linkage to install the Toolkit.
download.cnet.com/.../3000-2212_4-76440613.html
Hope it would help.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Toolkit only works with Visual Studio 2012, 2013, and 2015. For more information please read this.
