I am not able to install Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Toolkit in visual studio 2017.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Toolkit only works with Visual Studio 2012, 2013, and 2015. For more information please read this.
We have also tried this and it's true that the MS D365 Developer Toolkit could not be installed in VS2017 now . You could refer to the overall of D365 Toolkit provided from Adrian.
In addition, you could download VS2015 from the following linkage to install the Toolkit.

If you download from official, you can extract and change the extension.vsixmanifest. If I'm not mistake, you need to change the installation tag to :
