Shopify Order Process

HI Community, we installed and setup the Shopify Connection

All is working well, except when we PROCESS > Create Sales Document we end up with the error

Sales Order S-ORD-000518 must be approved and released before you can perform this action.

This is due to MS-SOAPW-01 · Sales Order Approval Workflow (Standard)

When searching in Sales Orders , 000518 is not showing, and the next in Number Seq is 00519

Does anyone know how to Retrieve Draft ?
