I am using a demo version of GP right now and am wondering if that has some limitations.

I created a new company, and wanted to add the modules of HR and Canadian Payroll however, when the company finishes setting up, those modules are not included.

Is this a limitation just with the demo company? If we had a license, we could create new companies that include all modules correct? Any insight on this would be very helpful.

NO HR & PAYROLL is the Advanced license Mode and you must need the Advance version license keys for Payroll.

Canadian Payroll and HR are the modules I wanted to see in my new company I created within a Demo version of GP 2010.

There are two license mode of GP i am not sure which mode and module you required in GP?
Let me know your required Module list and i will reply the license mode and its Module...

Yeah you are right there is some limitations using demo company such as HR & Payroll and Analytical accounting.
but there is one convenient to use 10 concurrent users for 90 days trial period but with some limitions.
