Account Quickview form not displaying data on Case form

I created a new quickview form for account entity where I wish to show orders and invoices of the customer(account) associated. But I can't see any data in this quickview form on case form whenever I select a customer on the case form. Any suggestions are most welcomed.

I faced similar issue in one of my project and found out what was going wrong.

"Was Pointing Quick View form to a wrong lookup !!"

The problem was I have created a custom field for Account with a Display name "Customer Eligible" in the Case entity but in the form I have edited the label (Form Level) of the "customerid" system field as "Customer Eligible" as the Customer field is mandatory for the Case but have forgot to change the Display name of the system field "customerid" in the field level configuration.

Now while relating to the Quick View Form I was pointing to "Customer Eligible" but it was pointing to the custom field rather than the system field.

I just deleted the custom field and changed the Display Name of the Customer system field to "Customer Eligible" now everything is on track !! Works perfectly !!
