I have a problem with printing my diary and it won't let me, could you send me a link or tell me how I could solve this problem.

Hi,

Please look at event viewer and check if you see any error over there. Did you try to debug to see where it's breaking?

Please give us some context. For example, what exactly are printing? Is it a standard report? Did it work before? If so, what has changed? Maybe you've installed a customization that doesn't work correctly. Does it happen with all data? And so on...

Hi Francisco,

I think I had seen this error before on this forum. Not sure what was the root cause or solution then. If you don't have customizations in this area, I would suggest cecking LCS Issue search for known issues. If there is nothing that you can find, you can create a ticket for Microsoft Support.
