CRM 2013 Outlook add-in .NET error

Hi,

We are using CRM 2013 add-in in Outlook on Windows 10 and some users are getting .NET Framework error invalid index when opening Outlook with the add-in enabled. We have ran windows updates, office repairs and updates, uninstalled\reinstalled .NET, and re-installed the  CRM add-in. I saw a few threads on this subject but there was not a true fix that works. Does anyone have a fix that they have used to resolve this issue?
