Can't find Online Store

Hello every one,

i create an e-commerce environment in my d365 sandbox environment and create an online store but when go to site builder to configure i couldn't find the online store

You should be getting a drop down, it appears it's not being populated. It looks like a problem that we'll need some support engineers to investigate. Can you open a support ticket.

Hi Sam,

unfortunately there is no drop down list

and also after run sync for channel database i found the following failure , i that my cause a problem ?

Hi Ahmed,

Looks like something may be up with your environment, you should see a drop down that lists the names, for example below is a screen shot when I select "New site" in site builder, can you try that out and see what it shows you in the drop down or if no drop down appears?
