GP2016 - Undo Retirement Prior Year

Dear All,

Can anyone confirm that undo retirement works for prior year? In GP 2010, under book setup we could change the fiscal year. In GP2016, fiscal year field is locked and cannot change to prior year which is not allowing to undo retirement functionality in GP2016.

Can anyone advise and provide alternate solution.

Kindly advise. Unlike GP2010, GP16 doesnt allow to depreciate and undo retirement in prior year as changing FA fiscal year is locked in GP16.
