I have a lot of back orders and I need to be able to use the Back Orders option on the GP2010 so it automatically generates an order, and helps remind me when the orders are fulfilled. Right now we are creating multiple invoices from one PO to split our orders when inventory is short. We need a better automated process for back orders inside GP 2010, can you please help me?
