I have a two requirements , below is the requirement , can anyone help me how to do these ?
1. Case Enhancement: To allow users to drag Outlook emails into a FIRM case (opened in browser);
1) New Entity Customization & Configuration (Entity Form layout, Tabs and Section)
2) Creation of a HTML Resource in FIRM which facilitates the Drag and Drop of the Outlook mail embedded to case screen.
2. Allow tagging of cases to multiple Organisation & Persons, 1 x Related Function and 1 x Group.
- When viewing list of cases from any one of the tagged Organisations / Persons / Related Functions / Groups, the case should be visible.
