3 Tier Contact/Organisation Category/Classification
I am wanting to create a field that allows categorising of contacts in the system. Looking to create a three tier ‘choice’ or something similar field, just wondering how I would create them in Dynamics.
A contact could have a tier 1, 2 and 3 or several options of any of the options.
A example of the tiers are:
Tier 1 -
Tier 2
Tier 3
Tier 3
Tier 2
Tier 2
Tier 3
Tier 3
Tier 1 -
Tier 2
Tier 2
Would anyone have any suggestions on how this could implemented or an example of something similar would be much appreciated.
