Sold Item is mismatch

Hi,

Am using GP2013 R2.  From Inquiry, Item Sold Qty is not matching with Smart Lists Report.

Please help me.

    Try running the "Reconcile Inventory Quantities" tool:

    Tools > Utilities > Inventory > Reconcile

    The process will update the item quantities based on the available transactions.
