Old Item Deleted From HQ Needs Updates

I'm working on blocking old items that, though were made inactive, are still being mistakenly sold in the system time to time.

I discovered an item that had been deleted from HQ at some point, and I need to add it to blocked items. Is there a way to alter the Options tab in Store Operations Manager and block it from being inadvertently if an item mis-scans?

I do not have access to SQL, and no one on site has been given access to it.

Sorry for the delay in responding.

If you are still looking for a solution, you should be able to make the item Inactive at each individual store, and/or block the item, by going into the the Item Properties:
