Change a field when I move to the next phase of a process

Good afternoon, I need to change the value of a field when I get to a certain phase of the process, for example I want to change from phase 3 to 4 a field of two options change from "no" to "yes" automatically. I have already tried with 3 different workflows and they have not worked for me.

Hi Luis,

In dynamics 365, you could activate the workflow on stage change in the new Visual Process Designer. Stages can now execute workflows with a trigger of Stage Entry, or Stage Exit.

If you are using Dynamics 365 then you can write workflow on stage entry and stage exit. Did you try it?

PS. As for the workflows.. you know there can be more than one active process per record now, right? That may affect process-related custom workflow activities..
