We are trying work on a case management tool in MS Dynamics 365. One of the requirement is when a case is raised it needs multiple approvals thru the workflow process based on the user groups. These are management users who does not need to be active on the Dynamics tooling. Do they require license too just for approval?
To be very objective, we will be setting some user groups in the workflow as approvers and is there a way we can solve this thru intermediate tools like (Outlook integration, Teams, Canvas apps) that can capture approvals and clear the case for next steps
