How to install AI Forecasting?

There is a Youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6itnhOMbw8&list=PLJDdNuGpFiaoszOUhSjlM_ERIdOpoXDsZ&index=33&t=55s) which explains how to use AI forecasting in NAV 2018 however it doesn't mention what to do if it isn't present or installed.

I would like to try this out as we are getting more interested in forecasting in our business and this might be a useful tool.

Can anyone assist with how to install or activate it?
