Unable to change status of Dual write from Paused to Running or Non-running state.

Hi All,

I am facing this issue in one of my Dev environment that's why i am unable to ask MS support team to change the status of dual write from Paused to running or non-running.

One of my dual write i;e; Asset Management Assets went into paused state. I am not aware how it went, somebody changed some settings or mappings for it, as the mapping were all gone for the Asset management assets dual write. I did a synch for all Data Entities and mappings came back but since then the Dual write is in Paused state.

I tried re-importing the solution from Higher environment via power platform also but nothing changed after that too.

Please anyone can let me know, how i can make my dual write in running state again?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, the messages indicates that it paused due to some errors. You can follow the troubleshooting steps in the MS document to track more information:

You should reset the link and re-import the solutions.

Hi @komi Siabi

I have tried importing the solution from power platform (UAT to Dev) but it did not work. But i did not reset the link before importing the solution.

As i went through the reset link page and it was written it will remove all my mapping from all dual writes. So is it suggestable to move forward with it?
