Method of seeing when someone was added to D365 App for outlook

Hey everyone! I recently was trying to add 1 person to the app access list. I wasn't seeing the user and figured I would see what options would populate if I selected "Add App for all eligible users". I thought it would give me an option like "Are you sure" or show me who was all going to be added but it did not. I am trying to remove those users that I added on accident, but don't know who was there before I added everyone.

Any help would be great!

Hi Felipe,

In fact, 'eligible users' views listed in the 'Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook' app are from 'Mailbox' entity.

There is one field named 'OfficeAppsDeploymentStatus', which indicates the office apps deployment type for a mailbox record.

If you add one user to outlookapp, the filed will be populated with installed, you can check when the field has been changed.
