I am working on the knowledge base article and able to work on most of the areas and sections. One of the requirement is to search the Dynamics 365 KB article from Google and Bing which I am not able to work or set in the KB Article setting in D365.
Here I need some assistance and suggestions from community members.

Unfortunately, you can't achieve it.
If you want to external users can access knowledge base articles, you need configure it in the portal:
