Hello,
on the entity "Case", in my customer service solution, I have two Business Process Flow in a row, because of a case distinction.
If the field is no i want to finished the Business Process Flow. If a field is yes I want to switcht to the following Business Process Flow.
The field is set manually by the clerk. Is this possible and how?
