Analytical Accounting Inquiry Distribution \ Multilevel Error after upgrade our server from GP: 9 SP 2 to GP 10 SP2

Dear Sir,

After upgrade our server from GP: 9 SP 2 to GP 10 SP2 we faced below problem with all old users those trying to use any Analytical Accounting Inquiry Distribution \ Multilevel.

Note: - same inquiry run successfully while using sa or the user just created before upgrade directly and also any new user linked with a security role that granted already to old users [mohamed.taha].
