Holy crapp this is frustrating.

After spending an evening adding POs, Products, WOs, I open the app this morning to get the error: "You don't have permission to access these records.  Contact..." on the main page.

WHY???

 I use the menu and can look at Bookings, WOs, etc.

I then try to view Time Entries and it gives me the same error.

Why would these permissions change and what can I change to fix?

I already have the correct User roles and profiles for mobile because I've been using it.

    Hi crham, 

    New product releases may update field service security roles. 

    You can check privilege of the Time Entry on the User roles.

    Also, you can check offline profile

    Hello,

    The best option to fix this kind of issue is check the log under the console (Open Developer Tools from your browser) and check console tab this will help you to identify what permission you are missing on what entity.
